USA Shipping Schedule
Introductory Offers: sent daily by regular mail and are usually received in 3-14 days.
Orders under $50.00: sent daily by regular mail and are usually received in 3-14 days.
Orders over $50.00: shipped by UPS-Ground from our warehouse in Niagara Falls, NY within two business days. Orders are received according to UPS shipping schedules after they have been shipped.

Flat Rate Shipping: We charge $3.00 shipping on all orders.
Handling Charges: We charge $2.00 handling on all orders under $50.00.
Warranty & Return Policy WARRANTY Mother-ease® strives to please its customers by providing them with durable, well-designed diapers and accessories. We guarantee our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three months from date of purchase. RETURN POLICY Mother-ease® will provide a full refund, less shipping and handling costs, on unused, unwashed, resalable (no pet hair, dirt, fuzz, lint, etc.) products for a period of 6 months from date of purchase.
Return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the customer.
Please call or e-mail us for authorization and shipping instructions before sending your order back, and include a copy of your invoice with the return.
